Donna, The Tunnel 10K is a great event. I've got my number too. The route through the tunnel is really different, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Anyone else taking part?
It is a great race to run Donna . its strange running through the bridge though.(tip dont look at the finish banner,its on the coast and never seems to get any closer. have a good run...

Hi donna a gud training route from yours wud b,, stright along carmill rd and up main street billinge,, to the stork pub and back home,, this is a similar experience to the tunnel run,, its tough and obviouly u enjoy the downhill before a mile and half up hill!! Gud luk hope to get down for a bit of abuse shouting at u,, i mean moral suport,,(on me bike)
