Hi folks if anyone could teach me general maintenance on me bike,, ie how change innertubes,, check gearing/brakes etc etc let me know,, i can travel within a 26 mile radius

I'll be happy to give you some help. If you can let me know what type of bike(s) you have I can bring the right sort of tools etc.. I'm busy this weekend running the Staveley trail race free next week though. Just let me know when's best for you. I'm only 5mins away so can pop round anytime.
Thanks gary,,just mailed gez as well,, between you both i should be able to build a new bike,, will sort out a general session and maybe do a little ride after,,lols gez has a nice 28mile route
