the Committee are having a meeting instead of a run tonight. We will be there to set you all off but we will need team leaders for each indian file group.
Ian and Jo have volunteered and i am sure John Smee will also help out. Depending on numbers we may have 4-5 files (roughly 6 in each group) so please feel free to volunteer. It may suit some of you recovering from races as you can be a pace maker at the front
