Hi all - am actually thinking about my return to Striders (in a timing helper capacity of course!)

Will be down on Weds to help Frank with timing the handicap - does anywhere know where it is (Frank!)

Thanks everyone for all the messages - really lifted me both before and after that bloody marathon! Strider support is the best! Really enjoyed the day though despite the gammy thigh! Not getting that medal was not an option !

Well done to all you marathoners hope you all had a brill weekend and got lots of good memories!!!!! aching legs,sore knees,tight muscles gammy thighs and they are just the good pointsbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin The H/cap is at the Waterside if you are upto it (only joking) Thanks Charlie for helping out any one else can assist if they wish!!! it may bring your H/cap time next timewink

By the way Charlie what is a gammy Thigh??
