Hi folks me and jo are gonna go on a gentle run about 5-6 miles slow pace with plenty of stops,, meeting at the club,, @ around 17.30- 17.35,, i think paddy and gill down 2,, then shower and changed for the AGM!!!! I hope its a free bar!!!!
