Hi Striders

 

We are looking for your help!

 

The GPW Legal Services 10k Run on Sunday 11th March 2012 is fast approaching: http://sthelens10krun.org.uk/

 

I understand that some of you are unable to run because of race commitments on the Saturday but would still like to be part of the race.

 

We are currently organising marshals for the event and I would like to ask if any of you would like to help by marshalling.

 

It would be fantastic if any of you could help, in return we would be able to advertise your involvement.

 

If you have any questions about the event or would like to help marshalling please email gward@gpw.uk.com

Come on Striders !

It would be great to get some encouragement from some of our own around the course. I have unfinished business with the StHelens 10k. I'd been ill last time and ran a shocker.

Also a bit of free publicity is not to be sniffed at.

Thanks Guys

So far we Rach, Brunty, Jo and Murph down to help! And you can wear your Striders tops - you can even bring out the flags and banners if you like - as you will be cheering on Striders!!!
