What a first run of the year !

300 m.p.h. winds, heavy horizontal rain, a car crash witnessing and car recovery attempt and 7 miles of  good pace running taking in Hard Lane.

Well done all who braved the elements including the newbies. Our runs are not always like this, thankfully.no
