Jenny I'm just about to try something different tonite!!! after almost 7 or so years of running in Asics Gel kayano 11,12,13,14,15,16,17!!!! Im trying New Balance!! Mine are wrecked again after about 10 weeks so Im falling out with Asics for a while! Just use what your comfy in, i need stability so as long as it says that on them im giving them a go, plus they were 40 quid cheaper cos of the offer Mike gotsmile, anyway see you later!!!

Jenny I got some new flashing lights yesterday from Aldi x 4 for £4.50 the batteries that power them cost more than this, as for the Trainers it really is trial and error I have ran in Nike, New Balance, Saucony, Asics  but I always seem to end up back with Adidas because they work for me

I bought some lights from sports direct and they didn't work so they've gone back. Not having much joy. I've got a high viz vest for now.
