My friend is going to be at the start and at mile 3 and 9 , she will take our start line pic ( hopefully!!) and will click off as many of striders as she can , I've lent her a striders flag so if you see a mad red head screaming frantically and waving our flag then give her a wave , a smile or a thumbs up !!
