Hiya, the clinic is open from Wed 5th October.  Details can be found on www.sthelens.ac.uk if you click on the info and sevices and then the gym tab, full details are on there of what we do...

there is a cost for booking in which is £10 initial assesment and then £5 treatments after for half hr treatment or £10 for an hour. I think you pay at reception when you come in but am not sure. You can ring the gym and book in (in which case you will have to pay) or you can book in with me (in which case you may not have to pay) lols...

payment or not, you will get a quality treatment plus advice from our highly experienced  tutors.

Evening appointments will be available from January..

Clinic is FAB!!! I went yesterday and received top class professional treatment, Joe the new tutor is expert and gives fantastic advice along with Bernie and the other students,

I got some real good proper strapping on my foot to try out, it felt great and Im now confident that I wont get the same foot pain as ive experienced on my long runs.

well worth giving it a try if you are unfortunate enough to pick up an injury, which I really hope you dont!!
