What to do....
I really am anti marathon at the moment. Work is incredibly busy, I have a dissertation to write, my social life is getting the better of me and I seem to be running (pun not intended) out of time. I wanted to do another 20 miler before race day- I can't do one this wk unless I leave work early tomorrow and run to the club. Seeing as I have only just got home it seems unlikely. My last long run was 3rd sept- iv done 3 20's and a 18... Is this enough training? Last wk was a rest week and I really did rest, a poor 15 miles for the week!
Do I bite the bullet and run a 20 miler in a weeks time and have two weeks recovery? Or start tapering now (this I will find easy).
I know it sounds silly as I am not injured or anything but I just have alot on my plate
Advice appreciated

Rach,I did my last long run with you & done next to nothing last week,I`ve done 1 more `20`than you have but we have all done to much graft in the last couple of months to stop you from being there on the day, all because you haven`t done another 20 miler you`ll be fine on the day
What you don,t want to do is to play catch up with you training thats when fatigue and injuries occur, looking at your training i would say you have done sufficient miles just relax and take it easy
