andy,, casi-foz remember the pie and pint race- another nice 4miler,but in fancy dress,,frank you can come as you are(ohh no handicap tommozz)

We are pleased to announce our next trail run will take place on Halloween.

 The run is four miles long taking in many of the woodland trails on the Amberswood Nature Reserve. The race starts and finishes at our club house, with changing rooms, showers and beverages being available to all entrants. Registration will be from 10.15 am with the trail run starting at 11.00 am. It is a themed run with prize offered for the best fancy dress ...... and you never know what you might find when you enter the 'Spooky Woods'. We are offering a free 'pie and peas' for all those who pre-enter the race. It promises to be another great event and one which every level of runner will enjoy.

Please find enclosed a copy of the Race Flyer/Application and further information can be found atwww.springviewfc.co.uk

Advance entries are being accepted by post or online at www.ukresults.net

We hope you can make the run and if you have any queries please don't hesitate to contact me.

Its were they talk funny!! Pie land,, wigun!! or wigin to posh people,, platt waz to andy!! Platt bridge to billingers!! Gud trail and galloways pie& peas(proper mushy) at the end,, but f/dress a must v cheap£7.00 ish!! But wardy says thers a 5miler same day sumwere though for ya grand prix!! Let us know charley) i need 10 miler 4 mine!!

Its only 4,, i think charley said there a five mile same day in hyde,, either course you dont need a scary mask,, come as you are!!) But its cheap and cheerful@£7.00

yeah £1 booking fee or £1.50 on the day or could of posted a cheque but sisn't really have enough time. but we're both booked on it anyway.

Results are in,,everyone between 38-41 mins for 4 miles well done all,, tough terrain,, (sorry bout the route it wasnt so muddy in summer) and a big well done geoff best fancy dress) and rich dont ever dress as a clown again,, hahahaha you even frightend freddie kruger in the woods,,
