What's the plan for group B tomorrow nite - noticed that it is a long aerobic run scheduled and don't want to do more than a gentle 4-5 miles! did my loooooong this morning and legs/feet are probably still going to be suffering a bit tomorrow!
well done u , thats another one in the bag!!! not many more to do now, not sure what the plan is tomoz other than the long runs are usually about 8 mile, but i also remember tackiling shaley brow about this time of year too!!!!

p.s, any chance the training plans can be put on the site too rather than just email as i tend to do a mass delete of email and always lose it, but its also good when potential new members join so they can look at what we are up too , cheers!!!

Hi all,, ive got a photo shoot for prada@20.00 later,, fortunatly i put it off,, as the mighty "united" r playing,, n e way i shall be doing bout 5 slowish miles @19.03 PROMT from the club,, shower- changed and pub for 19.59,, laterz brunty!!
