myself and Claire are heading for 18-20 miles this saturday if anyone wants to join us for all/some of it. we are meeting 7.30 a.m at waterside but will head back there at 8.30 to meet anyone else who is long running but doesn't wanna get up in the middle of the night to eat!!

Hi jenny-thats the dark side,, run into the light) me and charley(wardie) are hoping for around 17 miles,, again setting of at 07.30 were looking at a more realistic pace than radcliffe and co,, if your down tonight then we shall sort summert out,, you can always meet us after an hour or so (charley will prob be glad of intelligent conversation by then) laterzzzz mike)
