Due to Shaun's injury, last month's Urban Gym session was replaced with a long steady run.

Is this the case tonight ?

HI John- i have said to jo and mike that we will still see them at sherdley park as that is where the urban gym is held. probably do efforts or long run round there

I wasnt down on Monday so I'll be another face and name for you to try and remember.

Regarding the session, sometimes members meet at the training session if they live near or if they are a beginner who feels that the run, plus the session, plus the run back might be too much. Its probably 1.5 to 2 miles from the club to Sherdley. It's entirely up to you.
