I believe the Chorley contingent are meeting at 6.15pm at the Waterside as per.

Hope you all have a really good race, I'm going to sit this one out and do the Forest Park Ladies 5k in Warrington instead along with Dawn, Donna & Vic (I think!) Fingers crossed will be okay for the last chorley one. smile

I will be setting off at 6:11 and so probably be at Waterside with Kev at approx. 6:14.

We have got quite a few injuries on the go haven't we!! Will be a small turn-out at this one!

Given that we are all being so precise with our departure times - I won't be leaving until more like 18:28 so will probably see you all at Chorley!

Good luck to the 5k Forest Park crew and hope all our wounded striders are feeling right as rain soon!

really missed all the girlies last night!! I was 2 mins slower!! felt like Id never run in my life after the first hill! The rain was refreshing but god I hate that race!!! and All I had was frank shoutin behind me!! cheers Frank!! hope your knee is OK. think we should pull out all the stops for the finalie in August!!
