There will be no club training on Monday as it is yet another bank holiday! For those who want to run, we are going to do an off road run from the Waterside, meeting at 6:15pm. Probably keep it flat as on Wednesday 1st June we have our next Chorley race.
For those who have not ran it before, it is a 4.4 mile off road race around Astley park in Chorley. We will meet at the Waterside at 6:15pm. The race starts at 7:30pm so there is time to register on the night.
Finally, we are having a Strider afternoon/night out on Saturday 4th June. Times are yet to be confirmed, but I imagine we will meet in St Helens first (maybe the glass house or the gerrard) and then if the weather is nice go into Liverpool on the train and get the last train back. Partners, kids etc are all welcome. If the weather is nice then we can hopefully find a few pub gardens to sit in.
Hope that is all ok. Post here if you are interested in coming to the night out so we know who to expect and/or if you coming to Chorley and havent already said so.
Thanks

Will defo be joining you for a run on Monday - see u at 6:15
Will defo be coming to Chorley again - it was a very enjoyable event! although will be remembering insect repellant this time! Also a shame that we won't be having our very formally dressed water-boy this time! Think Peter looked a wee bit eccentric serving refreshments in his tie! Think Savannah will be doing a great job this time though
And I will defo be there for afternoon/evening out - with bells on! Love the idea of going to liverpool - far better choice of places to go than St Helens! and anytime in the afternoon is okay for me!
will be glowing for Chorley may even chance the shorts !! 5.00 start thats not afternoon brunty u light weight .. dont forget I have a 10k to run on the sunday !!
