just a remider to encourage you to try and get your handicap races in. It is often the 5 mile and 10 mile race that members leave too late and fail to complete. I have listed some of the local 5 and 10 mile races below.
For the mini Grand Prix you need a 5k, 5 mile and 10k race.
For the original Grand Prix you need a 5 mile, 19k, 10 mile and half marathon.
