for free 5km races which are held on a weekly basis - they hold events in pennington flash every saturday and princes park in liverpool. All you need to do is pre-register and print out a barcode to bring with you.
It is all timed and they post the results up on the webpage after the event
I didnt know they held them in liverpool- i have done the wimbledone one twice before now. Maybe if we can get a few of us together we could go to liverpool one saturday? They are really good, well organised and best of all free!
