Hi John- not geeky at all! How does the website know if someone is a unique visitor or a new/return? I wonder if it increases after we issue a press release (there should be on in this week's paper)

Now this will sound geeky, every internet connection has a unique address. Obviously if you visit from work and at home it will think youre a different visitor but even so there are some big numbers there. I was amazed. I suppose interest may have increased since the 10k was announced. It will be interesting to see what happens for the rest of the year.
Hope youre training is going well, obviously mine isnt but hopefully the current part of my job will be complete in a couple of weeks and I can get back in the groove.
Sooooo looking forward to some light and warm weather running.
