hi what is the plan for tonights training?

23.7 miles@ 6.37 min/mile then 4 miles @ 4.37 min/miles then easy back to club,, this may not be correct,, so prob best to check with someone more sense-able than me!! Cheers brunty!! smile.gif)

Hi there

Am going to have to miss tonight, I think I have over done it at the weekend as I have a very hot achy leg!! (am sure there is a more technical term for it but hey ho!!)  Victoria
