Greetings everyone

I have not been to training for a long, long while due to my dodgy knee. I WILL RETURN.

My friend Helen and I entered the Helsby Half Marathon a while back but we can sadly not run as we are not fit enough at the moment.

So if any Striders would like our numbers please let me know. You would have to let me know by Thursday if you want me to transfer in to your name, failing that you could run on our behalf. I could drop off the numbers next Wednesday at training. Would be a shame for them to go to waste if anyone is interested.

Thanks for posting your interest but as you say I was waiting if any Striders were interested first. I have transfered my number to somebody at the club, sorry to disappoint you, but thanks for asking much appreciated, hope you get fixed up with a number.
