Are you still running around carmill on a Sat ?  Need to clear the cobwebbs and would like the company

I will have a easy run Sat. and meet you at the Waterside at 9 Sun.

hi Pete,
think some are meeting up 9am saturday for 12 mile run, hoping to do about 8 sunday afternoon.

Hi yes a few of us are meeting at waterside for some off road/on road miles, some aiming for 8 some 10 some 12! so feel free to join us, nice easy pace, Im heading out at 8 and will meet u all at 9 as Ive got loads to do ( aka packing!!) but need get mileage in ! so far I think, Me , Rach. Mike, nic? , April, Kev, poss Andy? Charley any one else let us know i will post on facebook too!
