Just thought I would post and see how everyone is...... i have to say that the current weather we are experiencing is definately affecting my mood and my desire to run! It is just so miserable for this time of year. Anglesey is only 6 weeks away.... and if Jo's predictions are right then the half marathon runners are doing the 2nd half of the marathon course... which includes the 6 miles of hills at the end! Yikes.
Off on my hol's next week, bank holiday monday so no club run then. John- how are you feeling pre marathon.... isnt it this sunday?

mmm can associate with that one. Sorry guys going to have to cry off tonight, can't believe the amount of stuff that I still have to do before we go away tomorrow morning. Definitely packing my running gear though to keep going. Have a good session x

Rach ive checked runners world site and it looks like its just the last mile that is a hill but the words MASSIVE at the side makes me think it may as well be six!!! I agree with you all its rotten weather!! even tho im doing my long run in the morning im still up for a group run on saturday morning, I can always dip out wen I feel tired, be good to have a good social run whilst working hard too!!! Have a good hol Sarah!! x

Yes I am up for a run on sat- iv not done a long one for a few weeks now- maybe 10? Not too early though... I have become partial to a lie in on a saturday morning :)
