.....I think I have it back! Had a good time at Sefton tonight. Even though it wasn't my fastest time I left feelin I had accomplished something. Maybe it was the horrendous weather- but I just felt better afterwards (or was I hit by lightening?!)

Anyway- looking forward I have chorley to tackle, then the birchwood 10pm an Anglesey half. Does anyone know of another 10 mile race as I can't enter Lancaster.


I think we need to have a curry night soon- some new faces to meet and it will be good for us all to ave a catch up. How about the week after chorley? Either the Monday or Wednesday. Let me know what you think.

I can recommend the Great Warford, Brian M and I completed it last year country roads nothing more than a small dip on a fast 2 lap course and a bottle of home produced beer at the end as a memento
depending on what time arrive home from Cornwall I will be doing this if time is still sufficent for me to make it to the Arsenal game @ 4
