Well done to all striders for a brill turn last night for h/cap no 2 that was run in quite windy conditions i had ordered heavy rain but it didn,t last long .Does anyone want me to post the results up or leave you guessing,have a good weekend whether its training/racing/eating easter eggs or in Jo/Rach/Caroles case just getting bladdered good running take it easy FrankMc.
ha ha ha ha yes but the getting bladdered be is being delayed till after long run in the morning!!! id like to know my dismal time please so i can improve next time!

I wouldnt mind knowing my time so that I can try and improve. A tough run but very enjoyable. Im sure all these hilly runs must be doing me some good its not just 'Evil Franks' way of getting pleasure, seeing us all suffer.
Just for you Cazfoz its not on the time you get but the finishing position you get,ah well here goes AGAIN you count you best 5 positions out of the 8 races the scoring is 1st 1pt 2nd 2pts 3rd 3pts and so on upto 10 th place and above 10pts If you miss any one of the H/caps you automatically get 10pts for that H/cap. Then after all 8 H/caps the person with lowest points is declared the winner PHEW FrankMc
