Following on from our conversation on Wednesday can you confirm the long run is tomorrow (Friday) at 8.00am from the Waterside.

Hi Andy
yes 8am (bright and early!). I am picking Shaun up on route and we are meeting Clare and Jo there. Anyone is free to come to do as little or as much as they want.... there are various turn offs along the route (although I don't blame you for having a lie in).

oh im so glad we have a decision and time, wasnt sure! I will be there as long as me sore throat doesnt close up anymore!!! see you all there
