Hi Everyone

Have been looking at the new website in the last few weeks the changes to the club since i was last there ( nearly five years) are quite remarkable, how the club has grown. Hi to Frank, Les, Two Brians, Dawn, John not sure if anybody else is there from my time. Anyway I am  still running just on my own ( have slowed down a bit) did not go to any other club, work and family commitments really stopped me getting down on a regular basis. I have got the running bug again i may pop down tonight  or next Monday if thats okay.

Thankyou for your replies.

Went down last night was made very welcome, felt like i had never been away.

Frank - two kids are quite enough unless you count  2 dogs and a hamster as additions!

Will see you next week hope to see some familiar faces if they recover from Bratislava and Liverpool. Good luck to everybody competing this weekend.

Rach, we saw Andy running down thro Billinge on our long run, and then again running UP shaley!!! remember you were going to ask if he wanted join us!! I think Andy eats shaley brow for breakfast!!! Andy was very nice to meet you!!
