Good luck to the"grindleford 8" on Saturday make sure you don,t miss any checkpoints and you have got all the correct gear hav FUN biggrinbiggrin see you soon.By the way the" grindleford 8 "sounds like a gang of bank robbers, may be you arebiggrin

What a day!!! fanstastic times and PB's today! weather was perfect, think we will have a big strider turnout next yr. Ihave a black toe where i kicked a rock on last mile but didnt feel it till ive took me trainers off and Chris will have a really sore knee after a nasty fall, hope your ok chris , other than that I think Rach will prob post official times but I was last of the striders with a PB of 4 hr 7 min 45 secs! pleaed with it as i was gonna turn back at 3 mile cos i felt so bad!!! well done all!

45th place- Shaun in 3:07:37
66th place Gary in 3:19:21
70th place Ian in 3:20:34
177th place Chris 3:43:17
187th place Claire 3:45:22
188th place Rach 3:45:24
266th place Jo 4:07:52

310 runners overall, last person finishing in 5:29:22 so well done everyone!

in future cos im always last in a race can i ask that my name be put 1st so that i feel better about it!!! hahahhaahahah! thanks for puttin them up Rach, i was just looking at my dismal result i fear im getting slower and closer to the bottom of that list so im gonna work extra hard for next yr!!!! excellent times all!!
