Just arrived home from whiston his face is grazed swollen and bruised and he has got headache. They are sure it was just a trip as oppposed to a black out as he had no symptoms before the fall . They said to take it easy for a couple of days . p.s. he said does he get his mark on wednesday .Thanks to everyone who looked after him in anyway he will see as soon as feels fit enough. joan
seen him after work ,a black eye a bust lip sore ribs and sore knees . He is back to normal ( with his brain ) he is not on repeat and memory loss any more thank heavens
Frank Get yourself sorted out and make sure you have a full recovery before you even entertain any thoughts of returning to training, I am sure I speak for all Striders when I say we would be lost without your drive and enthusiasm you get us all to go that extra mile even when our brains and bodies are saying no more Gary C
