Im doing a long run this friday morning if anyone wants to join for some /all of it! I think Roy is doing it ? startin from waterside at 8.15,  I  have a 16 and 18.5 mile route planned with opportunity to get off the bus at any stage!! headin thro dam to Billinge nr the stalk then down the farm path to shaley brow, DOWN biggest hill in st helens and up to red cat ( so 'get off or go back points at stalk pub (head back to carr mill, or red cat, head back via crank caverns ,moss bank rd) then heading thro rainford , bypass, (u can then head back down lancs) or bleak hill rd up to wellington ,town , haresfinch etc etc. Anyway!! just let me know!
