Well guys I think I have got the bug back after long run yesterday morning, I have just got back from  a eight mile run which included both sides of Moss Bank Hill,  Chris so you have company I entered Parbold this morning
Bring on tomorrow night

tomorrow but good hilly course, lots of mud and a mars bar at the finish :)
