Frank suggested we do coach road/rainford end this week and was thinking of afternoon as some cant do morning , what does everyone think?? looking to do over 10 miles in prep for Grindleford!! Rachel suggested meeting at Royal oak, say 1.15-1.30????? i may still run up there tho rather than drive so will head out a bit earlier. please let us know if you may be coming then we know who to wait for!!
