Hi everyone

Jo and I are going to be running on saturday afternoon, possibly with Peter and Claire. Think we may opt to meet at the Game Bird on East Lancs so we can run a different route to normal (and take in coach road). If you want to join let us know- the more the merrier. Hoping to run around 12 miles, but those who want to run shorter distances can be catered for

shall we agree 1.30 start then?? anyone wanting to do the 3 mile from waterside to Royal oak first can meet me at about 1 pm??
