been running over the weekend dont think it is to bad on foot never slipped. worse monday night before snow came i am going to central fitness tomorrow 7 oclock so does anybody else fancy going down. we will never run if this weather keeps up like this.
H Chris- I was going to ask what the terrain was like. I think some of it has melted today so might be better tomorrow. We could always head out to the bypass and focus on the cycle lanes so less likekly to slip onto a road. What does everyone else think?

Count me in i will be down but for me only small run then sauna .The conditions on sat morning for me, Rach,Clair,Roy and Ted"super strider" was fine Frank
I've been out and about today and it seems to be thawing slowly and isn't too slippy underfoot in some places so I think it is time I get out and do some miles. So, I'm up for a nice run along the cycle lanes on the Lancs.
Maybe some of the grit has fallen onto the sidewalk/cycle lane and it may be ok? Wishful thinking?
ive posted on other thread as ive been running in it all last week and today, just take it a bit slower and you will all be fine!! avoid the busy pedestrian parts as they are like glass. Have fun and see you wednesday!
