By the time I had finished I had done 4.5 miles so "the dedicated" can add their extra miles to this figure.

We started this last year- take a register of who attends each session and the highest attending male and female get a prize at the christmas presentation biggrin.gif

I think youve missed someone, I must apologise for forgeting names but there was 3 'youngish' males, there was Mr Everton top, there was the lad who sat next to Claire M at the Christmas meal and new Alex.

It was so good my nipples started to bleed - ouch!

Very enjoyable though, blew the cobwebs away - I feel like my running year has just started after the false start caused by the ice.
