As the subject title says, its a sad day for me, I have to work away on site for the next few weeks so no training with the the club for me for a while. Gutted. Just getting into the swing of things.

If the club grows at the same rate as recently there'll probably be another 10 new members when I return. More names to try and remember.

If you did intend to sponsor me for 3 peaks challenge, let me know here or with the private message thingy and for how much and I'll use my credit card on-line and pocket the cash when I see you next. Or I'm on facebook jsmee@hotmail.com , I dont mind how muchyou donate, Im sure the injured servicemen/women will be glad of every penny.

Will look forward to seeing you all soon for more running, hope Frank is still cracking the whip (no pain, no gain).

Hi john, thats a shame!!! but at least as long as there are roads where your going you can run on them!!! I was going to give you a fiver for your sponsor money, know its only a bit . I couldnt come this wed cos did me 3rd 20 miler yesterday, im ded tired this a.m! hope to recover in time for Hellrunner on sunday! Hi john, i was going to do a fiver too. Can i sponsor you online on just giving? I think alan sponsered you online. I can do that when i get home if I have the link.

Sorry to hear that you wil be absent for a few weeks. I highly doubt we will get 10 new members- the number of members in the past 2 months have been unreal anyway so I cant see it continuing (although never say never!).

Let's face it, no-one will ever forget you, as you were the one that 'didn't get away' on that fateful Monday evening run. I think I should work in sales.

Take your kit with you, and as Jo says- if there is a road you can run.

Rach : Yes, I agree you're a natural saleswoman. I'm sure there are a few more unsuspecting lone runners out there just waiting for your looks, charm and killer sales pitch.
