Anyone running saturday morning? I will see Rach and Claire at boxercise later, Frank are you after doin a few mile? Have checked the weather and its heavy rain , not the best of weather!! but hey ho!!!!!!

Hi frank, yea 9 a.m at waterside, me you Rach and claire and as much pff road as u like! I prefer it cos dont get to do it when im on me own, see you in a.m

good job we managed to do most of our run before the heavens opened! it was torrential rain!!

Hi guys, I have just had a week off running - but back to training on Monday and hope to get in a long run with you if one is planned next Saturday.

Hi Alan, I think thats what I need, A week off running!! but im too much of a coward to try it!! bet you feel raring to go tho! Rach, Clair and Frank will no doubt do a long run next saturday, I have Hellrunner on Sunday and know from last yr NOT to do anything the day before!!
