If anyone would like to do a run on saturday morning please come down to the waterside for say, 9 a.m??? I have checked the weather and up to now it says lovely blue sky !! that could change tho!! I will be heading for a 20 but would really appreciate the company for however long you want to do, thought we could go a bit off rd for a change via the dam and you can leave me at whatever point you wish, just a nice relaxing paced run!! Think Claire is coming, let me know anyway!! see ya wednesday!

I would like to join in on the Saturday morinig running if you're still doing it in 2 weeks. Ive got 3 peaks challenge this Saturday and I'm away in sunny Wales the following weekend but after that I fancy it if youre still doing it.
i cant do this saturday- just remembered i am meant to be walking around pendle hill! can do sunday if anyone is free? john- we regularly meet up for weekend runs so no problem
