Really sorry I missed last night everyone. i went home from work early as I had a bad stomach and I didnt feel like running. I think that was the 3rd one i have missed so i will have to make sure i attend the next ones else my reign as handicap winner will be over! was it as hard as frank said?
Les- are you running the wagon and horses this sunday?

Rach I didnt do handicap either as me knee was feelin just a bit weird!! I did just a few easy miles instead , and its ok, I did however provide support to them all in the form of a loud beep of me car horn as I passed!!x
