Hi, I have sent off my cheque for the above race. Nice flat course around Sefton Park- a good one to do for the grand prix. Please express interest by posting a message and maybe we can get it organised into a club run.
Also, is anyone doing the wagon and horses 10m , first weekend in aug? Chris and I were talking about it last night- think I will do it as my 10m for Grand prix :D

I'll be at Sefton Park, also at Burtonwood on Saturday for 5 miler, anyone else doing either of these? Hope the Burtonwood one will be a full 5 miles this year!
Gary, myself and Carol I think are all doing Sefton. Joanne might be doing it too. Not doing Burtonwood, but yes I hope that it is the full distance! Will see you on Wed

enjoyed course much more than walton, quite flat and the route was not as repetitive (personally anyway). there was over 200 people there so it was a good turn out,
Mossley hill harriers were wearing some very smart training jackets- i have taken the liberty of emailing the club and seeing where they got their stock from!!
