would like to set a date for the AGM - proposed date is Wednesdat 13/05. subs are due in at his time as we need to send to AAA ASAP.
alos require to update details for the AAA website - 1 or 2 members are not entered on the AAA website as club members.
Venue to be decided nearer the date.
If you cannot attend please let me know. Please ensure subs are payed to that date as I will be sending our membership fee that week.
I might have an update on whether we can locate back to the other building, but do not hold your breath - no a propmt response from the managers so far. I am trying a different route to communicate - apparentley there is a commitee and i know a couple of the people.
