Do any of you guys know of a sports injury specialist or physio I can see in/near St Helens ? I have pain in the left ankle - feels tender - a bit like it would feel after a knock (but I haven't !) and can't put much weight on the foot. It got a bit better last week so managed a steady 4 mile run but had to raelly make sure I landed heel first and not go over on it ! Not beem doing much running as a result but quite a lot of biking over the last few months. Regards Mark

Thanks Rach - I will check it out - maybe I will do another run tomorrow and see how it goes - did a 6 miler last Tuesday and as long as I ran defensively... like you would running across rough ground... so to protect the ankle from going over, I was OK...
