Well I said this was me year to enter a Duathlon so I have done!! on 8th Feb!! its from wheatsheaf pub, 3 mile run, 10 mile cycle followed by another 3 mile run which i suspect will feel really hard!!! never done one before but only cost £12 and only up the road!! anyone else fancy it, enter online via epic events ! |See you tomorrow night!
