Whilst we are on the topic- can I take this opportunity to remind ALL members that we must run as a group at the beginning and end of a session (i.e. when we are warming up and running to windle/B&Q/ etc and when we return to the YM).
If there is a reason why a member needs to run at a faster pace and not at the group pace, then please make this known, otherwise please stick with the group. There will be little, if any, difference to your training by warming up at this group pace as the efforts are always done in the middle. We run together as a club and it does not look professional, nor club- like if we run in clics and gives any new members the wrong impression.
