how short is a short run? not ran for 2 weeks got a luverly chest infection so i wont be able to run tonight. Ill come down at bout half 7 ish if thats ok.
I guess we will be back at the club between 7:45-8pm after a short run. Not sure if people plan to have showers and then we have the presentation or whether we will just hold it straight after. Sorry to hear you have been unwell- there is alot of it going around at the moment!
