Just a quick note to see who is going to be running in the Penny Lane 10km on Sunday?
I am coming to training tonight, but wont be on Wednesday as I am going to the theatre. Just wondered if people wanted to meet up/drive in convoy or something? Let me know, if not I shall see you all there I am sure.
To get the PLS results.... Go on the website and click on the forum buttonon the right hand side underneath Penny Lane Striders Club news. Once in the forum click on the race results topic (about 3rd or 4th down) and then you can access the results, it opens in an excel spreadsheet.
