As I have been feeling rundown for last few weeks I am giving training a miss for a week could somebody post Monday,s and Wednesday,s training so I can catch up at weekend if feeling okay Thank You
Rach how about doing feature on club members in news letter i.e. Photo then answer,s to list of topics set by yourself eg: How long a member ? ,Favourite run?, Races completed?, How long running?, Why started Running?, Funny stories from running?, PB,S etc Just an idea if dont like just dismiss, no worries Gary C
No thats a really good idea!! And you have just volunteered yourself as the first member..
I shall think of a list of questions and try and cut peoples heads off pictures I have already for future editions. This might help people to get to another each other better, especially if everyone turns up on different nights.
