Has anyone got any races planned for the next few weeks? Didn't know if there were any decent local ones. Looked on runners world and the main ones in december are all santa races!
I have also had a severe lack of replies for the next newsletter. I shall only hound you all at training if I don't get anything in soon. ...
Are the dates for the xmas do finalised now? Did anyone take a oicture at the curry night?
think everyone must be busy training.I've just started again after my bird flu attack and am hoping to be back at the club for a good winter's training next week or the week after.
Races planned.I'm deffo going to do Helsby to keep me foccused over the next couple of months.I haven't yet decided on a Chrimbo run but am looking at a couple.
