Sat 27/10 Bottoms up 22mile Preston LDWA - walk or run 8.330 am and 9.30 am 1 lap, rural, hilly certificate EA5.50 EOD7.00 these walks can be good for a change, plenty of food on route. There is also a 13mile option, but you cannot run the 13m only 22m route.
Standish 10k trail race 2.30pm rural, trail approx distance, good race, challenge route, just too many runners run back on the finish road. prize giving in good pub.
Accrington 10k 1 lap, road Tee EA 6.00 EOD 7.50
